How to convert German Xda Neo to English

follow these steps
1-download romupdateutility.exe http://forum.xda-developers.com
2-download ftp://ftp.clubimate.com and extract wwww.7-zip.org (JAMin_WWE_213923_2139123_022021_ship)
3-copy the files to the same directory & also include romupdateutility.exe
4-run romupdateutility.exe and your done!
